In this final part, we examine the mainstream media’s part of the cover up, along with the part that previous Administrations have had to play in this murky, under the radar, violation of our ecosystem and we also address what we as Americans can do today to stop this toxic activity.

MAINSTREAM MEDIA’S TRACK RECORD – DISMISSING DISSENT, IGNORING SHIFTS –

DANE WIGINGTON’S SCATHING INDICTMENT

Mainstream media has become a fortress of consensus, not a forum for truth. Its pattern is predictable: label dissenters as conspiracy theorists, ignore inconvenient data, and parrot government denials without historical context.

THE MEDIA’S REFUSAL TO ENGAGE WITH WIGINGTON’S EVIDENCE-

IS NOT JUST NEGLIGENCE, IT’S STRATEGIC.

NOAA’s “debunking” of HAARP’s weather capabilities omits the 1996 USAF paper “Owning the Weather in 2025”, which outlines Radio Frequency and aerosol synergies eerily similar to today’s anomalies. CNN calls geoengineering bans “fringe,” the Washington Post (WaPo) dismisses RFK’s warnings as “wild,” and NOAA hides DARPA’s AtmoSense program behind the veil of “research.” Wigington’s response on Rumble is blunt: “Cowards distort; geo causes extremes they blame on us.”

DISINFORMATION FROM THE POWERFUL- DENIALS, HALF-TRUTHS, AND THE EROSION OF TRUST

The disinformation machine surrounding geoengineering, and the broader climate narrative, operates with chilling efficiency. Governments, agencies, media outlets, and scientists routinely get caught in fabrications, yet never retract, never apologize. Instead, they pivot, label skeptics as “conspiracy theorists,” and move on. This isn’t oversight, it’s orchestration.

No apology from Chair Rajendra Pachauri, who dismissed critics as “voodoo science.” AR6 (2021–2022) continued the trend. Sea-level rise projections of up to one meter by 2100 were later dialed back in 2023 supplements, without fanfare.

Disaster trend claims drew fire from Roger Pielke Jr., especially after IPCC author Friederike Otto linked floods to warming without robust attribution. Again, no retraction, just deflection. Judith Curry’s 2012 blog dissected the “manufactured consensus,” showing how IPCC summaries amplify uncertainties into certainties.

Government impunity is equally brazen. Biden’s 2024 claim of “no Solar Radiation Modification (SRM) involvement” collapsed under NOAA’s $20 million grants and the OSTP’s 2025 framework.

NOAA’s October 2024 fact-check insists HAARP can’t control weather, but omits the 1996 USAF blueprint Wigington ties to today’s extremes. No apologies for Stormfury’s buried hurricane path risks, just “natural variability” mantras.

Media amplifies the silence. CNN’s 2025 coverage of geoengineering bans ignores Lomborg’s August X thread on AR6’s “modest warming” deviations. Steve Milloy’s October 14 takedown of the Global Tipping Points report, highlighting the Juneau ice field’s century- long stability, “There has been no warming at Juneau in more than 100 years”, is ignored by Washington Post. Lomborg’s September posts on wildfire myths, “2025 burning less globally/EU, unreported, narrative fits alarm”, are buried, while alarmism dominates.

No retractions for past hoaxes like the “hockey stick” graph, upheld despite Climategate and critiqued by climate skeptics Steve McIntyre and Ross McKitrick. Just a pivot to the illusionary “97% consensus” defenses, ignoring the flaws in John Cook’s 2013 study, which rated papers, not scientists.

Scientists like Friederike Otto, a German climate scientist and professor at Imperial College London, co-founder of the World Weather Attribution (WWA) initiative, and a lead IPCC author, continue linking disasters to warming without robust attribution. Roger Pielke Jr., an American political scientist, professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, and climate policy expert known for challenging consensus narratives on extreme weather attribution, calls it out. No apology. Just “beyond dispute” claims from NASEM.

Steven Koonin who is a renowned American theoretical physicist, and Obama-era Under Secretary for Science at the Department of Energy (DoE, 2009–2011), as well as a vocal skeptic of climate alarmism, defends the DoE’s non-catastrophic report: “Governmental failure to communicate accurately.” Wigington’s Rumble indictment is visceral: “Cowards enable assault, burying dimming’s 20–30% solar block.”

Consensus? It’s not fact. It’s orthodoxy. And it’s time we dissect it, especially when that orthodoxy rests on baselines as tainted as the skies themselves. The IPCC’s charter limits it to “human-induced” change from emissions, sidelining geoengineering to footnotes or special reports, despite national programs like China’s Meridian or U.S.

AtmoSense already tweaking ionospheric and weather baselines. AR6’s models (e.g., CMIP6) use 1850–1900 references assuming a “pristine” pre-geo era, lumping seeding aerosols into vague “anthropogenic” forcings without quantifying decades of interventions, China’s 5,000+ annual missions since 1958 or U.S. Project Cirrus (1947).

The irony cuts deep: Wigington’s lab tests face endless nitpicks for lacking pre-1990s baselines to “prove” spikes aren’t noise, fair game, as his replicable rainwater analyses (41+ samples in The Dimming) correlate trails with aluminum/barium but invite controls. Yet the IPCC, self-appointed arbiter of “settled science,” mirrors the sin on a planetary scale: AR6 pretends a geo-free Eden, erasing Popeye’s engineered monsoons or China’s Tibetan Plateau rainmaking, tainting baselines and overattributing to emissions.

The upshot? Too many lies, misinformation, disinformation for anyone to truly know what’s going on. It makes the IPCC look political rather than scientific, deciding human behavior (emissions) is the villain, then cherry-picking data that sort of proves it, even as models flop on accuracy (e.g., AR6’s dialed-back sea rises). Without clean baselines, it’s sociology in lab coats, not science, fueling Wigington’s charge: “Cowards enable the assault.” This impunity can stand; it’s why we must move from outrage to organized resistance.

DEMANDING TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

BEYOND AWARENESS TO ACTION

1. EDUCATE RELENTLESSLY

Share “The Dimming” and Wigington’s Rumble broadcasts. Host public screenings, community forums, and digital teach-ins. Use GeoengineeringWatch.org as a hub for verified lab tests, satellite data, and historical documentation.

2. MOBILIZE LEGAL AND LEGISLATIVE PRESSURE

Lobby for geoengineering bans in every state. Over 30 have introduced or passed legislation, Florida’s 2025 law criminalizes atmospheric chemical release. Push for repeal of federal loopholes like Section 1520A, which permits “non-lethal” environmental modification for military use. Demand precautionary laws that treat the atmosphere as a protected commons, not a testing ground.

3. DEMAND INTERNATIONAL OVERSIGHT

Call for independent audits of national programs, China’s Meridian, the U.S.’s AtmoSense, and others. Refuse to accept “forecasting” as a euphemism for manipulation.

4. BUILD PARALLEL INSTITUTIONS

Establish citizen labs to test soil, water, and air for aluminum, barium, strontium, and other geoengineering residues. Challenge EPA data with independent verification.

5. RECLAIM THE NARRATIVE

Host Wigington forums, debates, and interviews. Invite dissenting scientists, whistleblowers, and investigative journalists. Use social media not for outrage, but for strategic amplification. X activism must evolve from hashtags to hard data: “Awaken to dimming” becomes “Audit the sky.”

6. ENFORCE ACCOUNTABILITY

Push for criminal penalties for unauthorized spraying. Demand FOIA releases from NOAA, DARPA, and OSTP. Hold public officials accountable for false statements, Biden’s 2024 denial of SRM involvement was contradicted by NOAA’s own budget.

Impunity must end.

This is not just environmental activism. It’s civil defense.

CONCLUSION: SKIES UNCLOUDED BY LIES

DEMAND THE TRUTH, NOW

From the CIA’s Popeye cover-ups to China’s open geoengineering programs, from Wigington’s lab-tested warnings to the IPCC’s consensus cracks, the evidence is clear: our skies are being manipulated, and our minds are being managed. From chemtrails; ridiculed wisps to HAARP pulses, uncloud the lies, reclaim the skies.

This is not a debate. It’s a war for perception. A war where anomalies are blamed on nature, dissent is labeled conspiracy, and silence is weaponized. We are shocked, but we must not be paralyzed.

Demand honesty, from governments, from scientists, from media. Demand audits, not platitudes. Demand transparency, not consensus. Demand the right to know what’s being done to the air we breathe, the weather we endure, and the future we inherit.
