Who Are The Globalists?

In Parts One and Two of this series, noglobalism.com looked into the historical evolution of Globalists in Western society, mainly in the USA.

Part Three continues this forensic investigation, into the CIA through to the emergence of the Military Industrial complex, while noting the significant “contributions” of top Globalist, Mr. Henry Kissinger en route. A keen look at history always enlightens and informs the understanding of the present.

CIA

The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) was an intelligence agency of the United States during World War II. The OSS was formed as an agency of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) to coordinate espionage activities behind enemy lines for all branches of the United States Armed Forces. Other OSS functions included the use of propaganda, subversion, and post-war planning.

The OSS was dissolved a month after the end of the war. Intelligence tasks were shortly later resumed and carried over by its successors, the Department of State’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR), and the Central Intelligence Group (CIG), the intermediary precursor to the independent Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). ^[1]

The OSS, founded by William Donovan during the war, was infiltrated from the beginning by MI6 and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) aligned agents. With its development into the CIA in 1947, under Council on Foreign Relations member Allen Dulles, CFR influences would forever remain. The CIA has always been compromised for the benefit of the global elites and a one world government.

The Germans, by starting World War II, had shown you couldn’t buy people off to join your cause. Thus the CIA was set up, and their dirty tricks – supported by the Council on Foreign Relations-controlled State Department as their controller – would force coups, or install their puppets, in foreign lands to further American – and more importantly, the power elite’s – interests.

Allen Dulles was the first director of the CIA. He was a member of the CFR and had been part of the FDR delegations to Germany all those years before, in attempts to appease Hitler, which had so dismally failed.

In 1948, pivotal papers and legislation was created; NSC 10-2, Smith-Mundt Act and this was the inauguration of organized political warfare. These were to be the overriding principles by which the CIA would operate, and would lead to the US dominating the political and commercial world for decades to come.

CIA dirty tricks was how trade with America would be secured, and trade with Russia and China stymied. It would lead to the need for US industry and especially banking to operate abroad, in order to control other nations central banks and economies.

The CIA would go on to be run by CFR members, including notable political figures, such as George Bush Sr. and Mike Pompeo, and be guided by the CFR think tank. They would go on to look inwards to the United States and ways to manipulate the citizens of the US to further the new world order program with such things as MK Ultra and Operation Mockingbird, as well as various agendas and Deep State activities in more recent times. The CIA has been, alongside MI6, the covert military arm of the global elite. MI6 would also go on to help establish Mossad in following years.

NATO

In response to Stalin’s refusal to comply with the world governance offered by the United Nations, the cold war began at the directive of the CRF and the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA). The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) was founded on 4^th April 1949, as a “defensive measure” to counter the threat posed by the Soviet Union.

Once again, CFR member and Secretary of State, Dean Acheson was a key member of the US delegation, helping to negotiate the Treaty.

The British contingent was headed by Foreign Secretary Ernest Bevin, long associated with the RIIA and a member of the socialist Fabian Society much favored by the Rhodes group, and future RIIA members. Two seemingly benign organizations, the CFR and RIIA, established directly as a result of Cecil Rhodes’ vision for a new world order, and funded by banking and industrial oligarchs of the day, were instrumental in the formation of NATO.

In his speech asking the Senate to ratify the NATO Treaty on 12^th April 1949, President Truman said that it had been “framed within the terms of the United Nations Charter and Constitution of the United States.” As we know, and as confirmed by James Warburg in front of a Senate committee in February 1950, the UN was established by the elites as a world government. With the prominence of CFR and RIIA members in the drafting of the NATO treaty, one may reasonably consider that NATO was established as a military arm to further the goals of a one world government.

Bilderberg

In May 1954, a conference was convened at the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, Netherlands, by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. The purpose of the meeting was to promote cooperation of political, economic and defense issues between North America and Europe. Those in attendance were 50 influential figures including politicians, business leaders, academics and of course, European royalty and many with affiliations to the Rothschild family, most notably Prince Bernhard, as major shareholder of Royal Dutch / Shell in which the Rothschilds were co-owners. Prince Bernhard in 1955 as below.

Facilitated by CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, US attendees included David Rockefeller, Dean Rusk (President of the Rockefeller Foundation), Joseph E. Johnson (President of the Carnegie Endowment) C. D. Jackson (Special Assistant to the President of the United States for Psychological Warfare), and future Secretary of State, George Ball. The CRF was heavily represented, as were the east coasts elites, whose foundations had done so much to influence society.

From the UK, came Denis Healey (Labour Party politician and Fabian Society member), Hugh Gaitskell (Leader of the Labour Party and Fabian Society member) and Oliver Franks (former British Ambassador to the US). Franks and Healey were members of the RIIA, and the latter would go on to become its president, under its other name as Chatham House.

There is great secrecy surrounding Bilderberg meetings. They are, coincidentally, conducted under Chatham House Rules, which means that participants can use the information they receive, but cannot reveal the identity of affiliation of the speakers.

From the very start, the secretive Bilderberg was the extension of the Anglo-American elite to bring in their European counterparts, and strengthen the move to a one world government.

David Rockefeller and his acolytes never attended Bilderberg to further the interests of the United States. They attended as internationalists to promote a new world order, striving for greater control by oligarchs and politicians, more intent on authoritarianism than democracy. Bilderberg was, and remains, nothing more than a front for the new world order. Its greatest influences were the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.

The EU is an elite controlled undemocratic means of governance. It is a model for the technocracy to come for mankind with the new world order.

One of the legacies of the Bilderberg Group, through its desire for European unity, was the Treaty of Rome in 1957, that would go on to develop the European Union. The EU exists today because of the Bilderberg Group, and was an experiment at global governance on a continental scale. The EU is controlled by 12 Commissioners chosen by member states but not the citizens of the member countries. These 12 unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats decide what laws are to be enacted and the policies that are to be followed. The Members of the European Parliament, or MEP’s, only get to vote yes of no on the adoption of the laws.

The Reece Report and Un-American Foundations

By the 1950’s, the power and influence of foundations and similar charitable organizations, often used as tax avoidance vehicles to push personal politics, such as the Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation and Carnegie Endowment, had come to the attention of Congress. In 1952, the Cox Committee had started a review but with few resources and little time, that was quickly closed out. That, however, led to the House Special Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations and Comparable Organizations that spanned 1953 and 1954. Headed by Congressman B. Carroll Reece, the committee investigated as to whether these organizations were truly charitable, or whether they were conducting activities that were un-American or subversive.

The conclusion of the Committee as stated in the Dodd’s Report was that it had: “It seems incredible that the trustees of typically American fortune-created foundations should have permitted them to be used to finance ideas and practices incompatible with the fundamental concepts of our Constitution. “

The report highlighted how the foundations had sought to influence education, international affairs and the “social sciences”, as the way to create the greatest damage to American society. This was achieved by the foundations making donations in line with their benefactors’ philosophies rather than in the public interest.

The leaders of tomorrow are forged by their education today and the foundations obviously saw a need to have leaders that would increasingly be socialist and far removed from the ideals of the American way of life.

With education, the report highlights how the foundations, particularly Rockefeller’s and Carnegie’s, were used to direct “education in the United States towards an international viewpoint and discrediting the traditions to which it (formerly) has been dedicated.” The paper stated that the foundations were ‘changing both school and college curricula to the point where they sometimes denied the principles underlying the American way of life.” The report also highlighted how psychology was used “to determine the most effective means by which education could be pressed into service of a political nature”.

The committee found that the foundations were funding social science agencies such as The American Council of Learned Societies, The National Research Council and The Social Science Research Council.

Politics of the future would be dependent on psychological warfare against the masses. Grants were provided to The American Council on Education and National Education Association, providing foundations a means by which to manipulate most teachers, superintendents, and others, to their agenda. With funding to the League for Industrial Democracy (formerly the Intercollegiate Socialist Society), The Progressive Education Association and the American Historical Associations, ensured that the money was there to actualize the influence of radical socialist ideals on students.

The Emergence of the Military Industrial Complex

In a televised speech on 19^th January 1961, President Eisenhower warned about the growing danger of the “Military Industrial Complex”. In his speech, he said “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes”

In the post-war period and as the Cold War emerged the major military contractors had developed greatly and so had their influence. The major players of the day included General Dynamics, Lockheed, Boeing, North American Aviation and Convair.

It should come as no surprise to hear that CFR members were board directors at many of the contractors. This included Frank Pace Jr. who served as Secretary of the Army and became the president of General Dynamics, Henry Luce who was the publisher of Time Magazine and on the board of Lockheed and William M. Allen, the president of Boeing.

The Military Industrial Complex should be recognized as part of the sphere of influence of the CFR and New World Order devotees.

Oligarchy can manifest itself in many ways. Perhaps the first was the foundations as discussed by the Reece Committee’s Dodd’s Report. The second was the Military Industrial Complex with the revolving door between government and big business. It is now more obvious with other big business such as that seen with the FDA regulators going to work for Big Pharma or with the corruption of education and research where government and the foundation grants only go to those willing to adhere to the outcomes decided by the global elite, such as man-made climate change.

The corruption of big business is a feature, not a bug, of an economy controlled by the power elite.

Henry Kissinger

Following a distinguished military career during World War II and the years after, Henry Kissinger emerged in the 1950’s as an academic at Harvard, and later as the greatest diplomat of his day.

His undergraduate thesis at Harvard was, in part, based upon Arnold Toynbee Jr., grand nephew of Arnold Toynbee Sr., who had collaborated with Cecil Rhodes at the outset of his secret society to rule the world. His doctoral work would focus on legitimacy in the context of “international agreement about the nature of workable arrangements and about the permissible aims and methods of foreign policy”. He was a natural target for recruitment to the CFR and New World Order group.

Kissinger remained at Harvard, as part of the Department of Government between 1951 and 1971 when he became part of the Nixon administration. In 1956 Kissinger became Study Director in nuclear weapons policy at the Council on Foreign Relations.

From 1956 to 1958, he worked with the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a “charitable” foundation of the third generation of Rockefellers including Nelson and David. The prescribed objective of the foundation is to “advance social change that contributes to a more just, sustainable, and peaceful world.” While seemingly admirable, this falls very much in line with New World Order thinking.

As part of the project, Kissinger would work with Nelson Rockefeller, Edward Teller (nuclear scientist and member of the Manhattan Project), Charles Percy (a future Senator for Illinois), Dean Rusk, (CFR member and future Secretary of State), John Gardner (president of the Carnegie Corporation and Henry Luce (CFR member, publisher of Time Magazine and director of Lockheed) as well as Laurence Rockefeller and J. D. Rockefeller III.

Kissinger would be a key player in international diplomacy in the 1970’s, and that would bring about dramatic change from Chile to China. He is one of the most influential members of the one world cabal of the late 1970’s and one of the most impactful Globalists.

Kissinger’s career, prior to becoming National Security Advisor and later Secretary of State in President Nixon’s Administration, was intertwined with influences from Rhodes group to CFR to the Rockefellers. He was groomed to be a major player in later developments towards the one world government, including identifying Zbigniew Brzezinski and Klaus Schwab, as future members of the cabal.

When you ask yourself why China does not have the draconian environmental curbs that the elites have imposed upon the west, just remember that China already has the economic system in place. Its people do not need cajoling to accept the dystopian changes that we have coming under a one world government.

China is already aligned to, and part of the global elite movement, and the new world order.
