Incarnate of Elite Presumption:
Mark Carney’s Bloodless Coup in Canada and What This Means for America
By Mary Otto-Chang HBA, MES, PhD (Candidate) with Greg Taylor
The WEF / Soros Playbook: A Blueprint for Tyranny
Here’s a riddle for you: what’s duller than a deflated bicycle tire, more globalist than a Davos champagne flute, and now runs Canada without a single public vote to its name? Meet Mark Carney, former banker, triple-passport technocrat, and the World Economic Forum’s latest mannequin, installed as Canada’s Prime Minister on March 9, 2025, with all the charisma of a damp sock and the democratic legitimacy of a Soviet apparatchik.
While Justin Trudeau at least had the decency to face the ballot box, three times, mind you, Carney waltzed in through the back door, anointed by Liberal Party insiders with 86% of their hushed delegate votes, a coronation so bloodless it could have been scripted by Klaus Schwab himself.
Canada, a nation of 40 million, now bends the knee to a man who has never won a Commons seat, never charmed a crowd, and never hid his contempt for the grubby will of the people. This is not democracy, it is a heist, and the United States, its tariff-wielding neighbor, should be livid.
Arguably, this plant has been sown to subvert Donald Trump’s general rejection of a globalist world, so expect the greyest man in Canadian politics to be feted by America’s mainstream media, a love-in declared by Democrats frantic to derail the ongoing demolition of their deep state swamp. CNN will swoon, the New York Times will gush, and the Beltway will clutch its pearls, all to prop up this drab apostle of Schwab against Trump’s tariffed roar.
The WEF / Soros Playbook: A Blueprint for Tyranny
Carney does not arrive as a blank slate, he is a walking billboard for the World Economic Forum and George Soros’s Open Society, dripping with their buzzwords: “sustainability,” “resilience,” “stakeholder capitalism.”
His past is filled with high-brow, high paying, positions in various houses of our overlords. At the Bank of England (2013-2020), he did not just manage 1.8% GDP mediocrity, he signed a £21 billion currency swap with China’s central bank in 2013, greasing Beijing’s yuan to slither into London, a gift to Xi Jinping’s dollar-denting ambitions. His 2015 “Breaking the Tragedy of the Horizon” speech was not about British jobs, it was a WEF wet dream, chaining banks to climate rules while Main Street’s energy bills spiked 20% by 2019 (ONS).
We should not buy it, not for a second. If you believe in individual rights, not the collective’s yoke; in democracy’s messy roar, not the tyrannical grip of curtained liars who would rather rule us than represent us, then Carney and his ilk must be exposed and deposed.
Groomed by the Globalist Cabal
Carney’s resume is a globalist pedigree; each function a grooming pit stop for this bloodless coup.
These are not just clubs, they are cabals, open in their existence yet trading in secrecy, cloaked by Chatham House rules that gag their dealings from us mere mortals. Trilateral, Bilderberg, WEF, names we know, agendas we do not, all huddled behind closed doors, sipping cognac while plotting our futures.
Then there’s Brookfield; $3 billion sunk into China’s real estate by 2025, a $276 million Bank of China loan in 2024 (Bloomberg), deals with Vincent Lo, a Beijing United Front crony.
He met Xi Jinping in March 2024 (Telegraph), a cozy CEO powwow, and Beijing’s mayor in October, just before his Liberal bid. This is not a leader, this is a cog, oiled by Soros’s climate cash and WEF’s technocratic grease, installed to run Canada like a branch office of Davos Global Inc.
China’s Silent Partner
Carney’s China links are not a footnote, they are a flare gun. That 2013 swap deal was not charity, it was a lifeline for Beijing’s currency war. Brookfield’s billions, Shanghai towers, solar farms, prop up a regime that locks Uighurs in camps. Meanwhile, Carney’s GFANZ funnels green dollars to its factories. His 2025 Liberal pledge to “diversify trade” beyond Trump’s tariff wall (10% on Canada, January 2025) smells like a pivot east; Xi’s Belt and Road must be salivating. Social media posts howl he is “China’s banker,” and the dots connect: a man who mourned Brexit’s sovereignty win (3.6% GDP scare, 2016) would not blink at Canada kowtowing to a dictator.
Canada’s Draconian Dullard
Trudeau was a globalist peacock, prancing for the cameras, taxing carbon, flooding borders (1.2 million migrants, StatsCan). Carney is worse: a draconian bore, no flair to mask the iron fist. His 2025 platform is to scrap the carbon tax but keep “climate-smart” shackles, cap immigration but not for sovereignty’s sake and it apes WEF’s reset with a frown. “One Canadian economy” (March 5 tweet) is not unity, it is centralization, provinces be damned. His Reith Lectures (2020) sneer at democracy’s “short-termism”; he would rather rule by fiat than face voters’ wrath. Trudeau won elections; Carney dodged them, parachuted in by Liberal elites, a bloodless coup that mocks Canada’s ballot box.
America’s Borderline Betrayal
Here is the gut punch for the U.S.: this WEF plant now neighbors us, a stone’s throw from Trump’s tariff wall and his demand to stop the new Opium War, as fentanyl bleeds through a purposefully fractured border from the north. Carney’s “dollar-for-dollar” retaliation vow (March 9 speech) is not defiance, it is a globalist flex, a signal he will cozy up to China and their fentanyl dealers while America First flexes muscle, and innocents die.
His UN climate gig and Soros’s borderless dreams do not stop at the 49th parallel, they seep south, threatening U.S. sovereignty with a Canada turned Davos outpost. Biden’s censorship circus (think Twitter Files, 2022) looks quaint next to Carney’s institutional fetish; imagine his “rigid controls” bleeding across borders, a technocrat’s contagion.
The Dominion of Canada and What That Means for America
Canada is less of a sovereign nation than a common, run of the mill, Banana Republic. The Prime Minister is overseen by the Governor General, who reports directly to King Charles. Sounding like it should have stayed in a Tudor novel, the Privy Council wields much power, far more than one would imagine. Canada’s Prime Minister is but an appendage of the Crown. King Charles is in the Center Court of the Globalist Elite. So America, this is who and what you are actually dealing with, as your “friendly neighbor to the north”. The Canadian people are on the whole a good lot, but they do not really rule themselves.
Look upon Mark Carney, Canada, America, and see the face of globalism’s underbelly unmasked. This is not just a man; it is a vessel, conjured from the WEF’s covens, Soros’s borderless chaos, and China’s shadowy vaults, a man slight of stature and perhaps also of hand, stitched from secrecy, platitudes, and the cold steel of technocratic tyranny.
Today, we watch him, sincere as a smile on a wolf, on a grainy clip, clawing at Pierre Poilievre, his voice a monotone rasp from the void. Carney offers nothing but the cabal’s whispered chant, empty husks of “resilience” and “sustainability,” platitudes masking a sinister gospel: you will own nothing, you will bow, and you will choke down their happiness like ash.
This is the darkness of globalism incarnate, a creed that loathes the individual, that crushes the soul beneath the collective’s boot, that trades your vote for their veiled handshakes. Carney is not just a puppet; he is their mouthpiece, a spokesman of the demonic ego mind of the Global Cabal itself, his triple passports a trident forged in Davos’s flames.
Evil does not shout, it slithers, grey and banal, like Carney’s lifeless stare. Representing a top-down technocracy, a reset so vile it promises serfdom with a smile, Schwab’s devilish grin is behind Carney’s every word.
This is not leadership; it is possession, a man hollowed out by globalism’s rot, spewing the WEF’s venom while Soros’s cash oils the gears. Against Trump’s tariffed defiance he is the counterstrike, a dull blade to slit democracy’s throat and hand North America to Beijing and Davos on a platter of lies.
With the flagging New Democratic Party in the doldrums, the Liberals, led by Mark will pick up a lot of votes. Add that to the absolute assurance of the Globalists funding Carney’s campaign carte blanche and monkeying about electronically with the systems, and the risk of Carney winning is palpable.
Resist him. Resist with every ragged breath. This green snake in the grass does not just threaten Canada; he is a plague at America’s door, a herald of the globalist abyss. We do not know his masters, his deals, his endgame, but we know his creed: power for the few, chains for the many. Carney is not a man, he is a warning, a glimpse of hell’s grey dawn. Fight him, or watch freedom bleed out under his clammy, unelected grip.
